[Open Positions] CiRA Project for Discovering and Nurturing Future Generation Researchers

The Center for iPS Cell Research and Application (CiRA), under the "CiRA Project for Discovering and Nurturing Future Generation Researchers," is seeking 2 assistant professors.

Each of the successful candidates will be affiliated with a CiRA laboratory and practice a research theme of high originality after discussion with the principal investigator of the laboratory.

Each of the successful candidates will receive:

- a mentor faculty to support and advise research activities

- a research assistant (a part-time researcher, technical staff, etc.)

- access to shared research facilities (common equipment, Facility for iPS Cell Therapy,
Animal Research Facility, etc.), and

- access to CiRA's support staff including offices responsible for medical applications,
intellectual properties, acquisition and management of research funding, etc.


Anyone who earned his/her Ph.D. in medicine, dentistry, pharmacology, science, or engineering within the last 10 years, can apply for the positions. Research experiments or achievements related to iPS cells are not required.
