A new page on the CiRA website introduces initiatives toward the goal. It highlights support services and facilities, including the Counselling Office, the Resting Room for Women, and the designated parking area for bicycles with child seats. It also features Diversity Seminars and initiatives that encourage interaction among CiRA members across linguistic and cultural backgrounds, research fields, and job roles.
