CiRA Ground Floor Activity Part3: Photo Exhibition, " iPS Cell Scientists and Research Supporters at CiRA in the Eyes of a Finn," now being held

Twenty photos of CiRA's researchers and research supporters are now being exhibited in the gallery on the first floor of the CiRA building at Kyoto University in Kyoto, Japan. The event lasts through April 14, and will hopefully be of some help to you to understand further on research activities at CiRA.

We are endeavoring to realize clinical applications of iPS cell technology as early as possible, working on studies ranging from generation and evaluation of safe iPS cells to preclinical research and regulatory studies.

The pictures were taken by Jussi Panula, photographer and designer working for the CiRA International Communications Office. In the photos, researchers and technical staff, other staff members and students who usually conduct experiments or clerical work wearing serious faces show smiles and look relaxed.

The gallery is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on weekdays, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. When the gallery is closed due to any reason, a notification is posted on the CiRA website.
