Bioinformatics Workshop 2025

The CiRA Genome Analysis Group will hold a two-day Bioinformatics Workshop on August 26 and 27, 2025.

The workshop features hands-on training designed to introduce essential tools and techniques for analyzing PacBio HiFi data and provides experience with the AWS cloud-based analysis workflow.

This exciting workshop offers you the opportunity to explore the seamless PacBio bioinformatic pipeline and allows you to seek clarification on any uncertainties you may have.
